Job DescriptionThe role would require strategic vision, adaptability, and expertise in building HR frameworks in a rapidly evolving, tech-driven environment.
* Talent Strategy: Developing and executing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent in technology, AI, and industrial domains.
* Organisational Development: Designing scalable HR processes to support the company's rapid growth and global operations.
* Culture and Engagement: Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture aligned with the company's mission and values.
* Leadership Advisory: Partnering with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
* Performance Management: Implementing systems for employee evaluation, feedback, and development.
* Compliance and Policies: Ensuring adherence to labour laws and best practices across multiple regions and industries.
* Compensation and Benefits: Designing competitive packages, including equity options, to attract top talent.
* Learning and Development: Creating programs to up skill employees in cutting-edge technologies and leadership.
An adaptable, forward-thinking HR leader passionate about working in a start up environment, with the ambition to build and scale an HR framework that supports the company's vision of leading the Industrial AI Infrastructure space.
1. Proven track record in senior HR roles, preferably within technology or industrial sectors, with experience in scaling HR operations in fast-growing companies.
2. Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.
3. Expertise in recruiting top talent, especially in niche fields like AI, 5G, and edge computing.
4. Experience in fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace culture in a global environment.
5. Skilled in managing organisational change and guiding teams through rapid growth or transformation.
6. Familiarity with labour laws, compliance, and HR practices across different countries and industries.
7. Comfortable leveraging HR technologies and data analytic to drive decision-making.
