Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the global HR team across multiple subsidiaries, establishing and implementing HR policies, including compensation systems, incentive structures, and performance management mechanisms.
  • Develop a global recruitment strategy aligned with business growth, enhance hiring capabilities, and improve the company's talent density.
  • Participate in organizational development, talent training, and strategic planning, diagnosing and resolving organizational challenges to enhance management effectiveness.
  • Deeply understand the company’s business and strategy, conduct organizational diagnostics, and provide planning and implementation support to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Assist in shaping and embedding company culture, fostering an agile, high-performance, and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of HR experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational diagnostic skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and process optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new approaches, with strong resilience and a results-driven attitude.
  • Analytical thinker with strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, eager to continuously learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in internet, gaming, or high-tech industries is preferred.
