Our Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our funeral services department. This includes conducting morning briefings and updates, delegating duties to Team Leaders, and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency. Your expertise in logistics and operations will be essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Responsibilities
- Morning briefings and updates
- Duty delegation to Team Leaders
- Budgetary updates to the Finance Department
- Timely preparation of monthly schedules
- SOP reviews for operational efficiency
