Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Digital Engagement Manager to join our team at HSBC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and research market and technology developments to stay ahead of the curve in the Securities Services industry.
  • Represent HSBC Securities Services in local industry forums and collaborate with business development and client management teams to set the digital agenda.
  • Promote and implement Securities Services' digital products to clients, enhancing their experience and improving efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver sales pitch presentations and client service meetings, showcasing HSBC Securities Services' digital offerings.
  • Drive and manage client migration projects to digital solutions, working closely with Change Management and Support Teams.
  • Collect and translate customer feedback into product features and enhancements, collaborating with Product Management, Change Management, and Development teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in business or process analysis.
  • Good understanding of Agile and experience operating within an Agile or Scrum structure.
  • Experience working in a large-scale change environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Experience working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Good team player with the ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships.
  • Capable of facilitating workshops and displaying good presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Shows good planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strategic mindset, with strong conceptual, creative, and analytical content.
  • Ability to take decisions within the scope of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Positive, dynamic, and resilient individual, open to change and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
