About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Director to join our team. As a leading global provider of digital transformation solutions in the SI industry, this role will be responsible for leading account management, business development, and service management of our #1 client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead account management, business development, and service management of our #1 client.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our client, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Delivery teams, Project Managers, Global Account team, to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region, for your client and work closely with the pre-sales team to convert them into successful projects.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Delivery Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, revenue forecasts, and account health both internally and at client's.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the SI industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions and services (especially Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Fluent in English
  • French, Japanese, Chinese can be a plus.
