About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team at Singtel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and adoption of detailed solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives and realize benefits for Singtel Enterprise Business.
  • Work with business units to develop guidelines and SOPs for various job functions, such as order raising and settlement, asset tracking framework, etc.
  • Conduct change impact analysis to assess potential implications of proposed solutions.
  • Lead and support agile project teams to achieve results within time constraints.
  • Define and scope minimal viable products within the development phase.
  • Drive coordination and collaboration between functions, manage conflict, and drive alignment on end-state models.
  • Implement and drive adoption of solutions across stakeholders and functions.
  • Identify risks, potential roadblocks, and issues, and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders and functions.
  • Escalate issues and roadblocks as required to Project Lead.
  • Guide junior team members in project scoping and implementation.
  • Prepare management reporting materials on project progress.
  • Use tools such as Python and Tableau to develop and showcase benefits.
Product Owner Role
  • Drive the Product Owner role for digital projects.
  • Define functional requirements for these projects.
  • Drive prioritization of features in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure services are implemented in accordance with requirements.
  • Ensure UATs are conducted timely and accurately, and drive user adoption.
Team Lead Role
  • Have team members reporting to Associate Director.
  • Responsible for mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Ensure engagement of team members is high.
Support Documentation
  • Document end-state and interim solutions based on agreed implementation timelines.
  • Documentation to include proposed solutions, operational implications, and next steps, and any required mitigations.
  • Update documentation to include potential corrective measures brought to processes/operations during the sustain phase.
Support Data Collection and Analysis
  • Drive data collection and collation of fact bases for proposed solutions.
  • Conduct analysis to support definition of solutions, including resolution of issues and roadblocks, and document findings and recommendations.
  • Optimize processes through LEAN Six Sigma and ensure quality assurance of suggested processes and solutions.
  • Monitor solution and process/operation performance and propose corrective actions as required.
Drive Achievement of Business Case Benefits
  • Monitor deliverables of operational metrics and recommend optimization after analyzing processes/operations against targets.
  • Develop and recommend strategies for process/operation improvements based on results – improvement initiatives (systems, processes, etc).
  • Ensure the team meets targets for Transformation Benefits and Operational Metrics.
  • Review and approve any changes requested by line.
  • Responsible for communication of changes to line.
  • Perform impact and risk assessment of any changes on BU processes/operations and advise owners on next course of action.
Drive Quality Assurance for Strategic Customer Deals
  • Use Lean Six Sigma or other industry quality standards to drive quality assurance for strategic customer deals.
  • Focus on the end-to-end customer lifecycle and identify risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with customer wants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business/technology/digital leadership.
  • Minimum 8 years of digital transformation project management skills.
  • Well-versed in Scrum.
  • Experienced in process optimization with LEAN Six Sigma.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma, highly preferred Lean Six Sigma black belt.
  • Proven ability to deliver digital transformations in large corporations with complex IT legacy systems.
  • Good to have AI/ML Data Science experience.
