We provide a suite of integrated services and programmes which include social day, dementia, nursing and respite care, along with Rehabilitation programmes such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy, wellness programmes and transportation. Through these services we hope to provide the finest service to the elderly in our care.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team.

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing SLEC's IT systems, such as providing application support in troubleshooting problems, overseeing the commissioning of new IT systems and technology, and providing IT project management and domain knowledge to users when required. You will also be tasked with managing system access and roles along with creating products which provide meaningful and relevant experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems together with internal, external stakeholders and vendors for further investigations.
  • Perform analysis of existing application software and explore new solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Plan, execute and manage projects or commissioning of IT systems and technologies from initiation to delivery, including post-implementation support and system maintenance to achieve automation and operational efficiency.
  • Track and manage all incidents to ensure resolution or escalation to the relevant support staff and vendors.
  • Manage the interface and integration requirements between IT application systems.
  • Manage and govern IT service providers and vendors to ensure SLA commitments are met.
  • Ensure compliance of all security measures in application development processes.
  • Facilitate end-user training to ensure the correct usage of IT application workflows by users.
  • Manage system access roles, rights and user-IDs (add, modify and delete).
  • Manage and monitor IT budget, procurement and utilisation relating to systems and applications.
  • Maintain user documentation including release notes, training guides and UAT documentation.
  • Provide IT project management and domain knowledge to users when required.
  • Partner users in evaluating IT solutions and products so that solution implemented is secure, reliable and has the necessary vendor support and warranty in-place.
  • Make use of User Experience Design (UXD) skills to create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users.
  • Identify operational challenges and pain points of internal stakeholders and clients using user research methods.
  • Synthesise research data, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to extrapolate and identify human insights.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of digital solutions.
  • Support usability testing of digital solutions.
  • Facilitate ideation process and manage roll-out of digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • Working knowledge of both waterfall and agile development methodology.
  • Experience with application development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies as needed for new solutions.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn and take on responsibilities.
  • Team leader with strong communications, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be willing and able to travel across Singapore to support remote sites when required.
