As a leading global provider of digital transformation solutions in the SI industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Director to join our team.
Responsabilities
Lead account management, business development and service management of our # 1 client. Serve as the main point of contact for our client, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Delivery teams, Project Managers, Global Account team, to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region, for your client and work closely with the pre-sales team to convert them into successful projects. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities. Provide leadership and guidance to Delivery Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, revenue forecasts, and account health both internally and at client’s.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the SI industry. Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions and services (especially Salesforce). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with at all levels. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Strong leadership and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
