Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Provide technical expertise to advise on the adoption of digital technologies for project delivery.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and promote best practices in digital delivery, including BIM and other technologies.
    • Develop and maintain process documentation, performance metrics, and adherence to BIM governance and standards.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage direct and indirect reports, ensuring effective team performance and development.
    • Work closely with in-house teams, including design, IT, and other departments, to reshape processes and improve digital delivery.
  • Training and Development
    • Design and implement training programs to upskill and reskill professionals in digital tools and technologies.
    • Develop and deliver BIM curriculum to meet national and international standards.
  • Consultancy and Advisory
    • Provide technical QAQC and work with professionals to identify efficiencies and eliminate potential conflicts.
    • Estimate FTE utilization and allocate resources for projects.
  • Standardization and Accreditation
    • Promote standardization in information management and project delivery using ISO-19650 and other internationally recognized standards.
    • Implement national standards, including IDD, VDC, AR/VR, and Design Automation, as per the Industry Transformation Map.
    • Conduct sharing sessions and training programs to in-house and external consultants for BIM standardization.
    • Help the organization achieve international standards accreditations, including ISO.
    Requirements
    • Strong technical expertise in digital delivery and transformation.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies.
    • Knowledge of BIM, IDD, ISO-19650, and other digital technologies.
