Job Title: Medical Claims Processor

About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees. This includes cashless claims and Employee Self Submission (ESS) claims.

The successful candidate will also handle enquiries related to claims and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, providing administrative and operational support to the Claims Team, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees.
  • Handle enquiries related to claims and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims Team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related field.
  • Prior experience in claims processing, administrative support, or healthcare operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Claims Processing: Assist in the efficient processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Enquiries and Liaison: Handle enquiries related to claims and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  5. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
