HR Claims Support Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Claims Assistant to support our Human Resources team in the processing and verification of medical claims for employees.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in claims processing, administrative support, or healthcare operations and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees.
- Handle enquiries related to claims and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related field.
- Prior experience in claims processing, administrative support, or healthcare operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
