About the Role:

This Administrative HR Support position involves providing critical support to the Claims Team in managing medical claims for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Claims Team in processing and verifying employee medical claims.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claim-related queries and issues.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, as well as provide general administrative support to the Claims Team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business-related field.
  • Prior experience in claims administration or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
