As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in various areas, including salary and overtime processing, leave recording and monitoring, work permit applications and renewals, and updating personnel data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Salary and OT processing
  • Leave recording & monitoring
  • Work permit application and renewal
  • Submit 6-monthly medical examination results of foreign workers
  • Updating the residential addresses of foreign workers in MOM records
  • Workers' welfare (e.g., uniforms, safety shoes, lockers)
  • Updating & maintaining personnel data
  • Administer insurance-related claims
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in an HR function, with proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Paymaster and Admin functions is considered an advantage.
