**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial, administrative, and HR support to the company Director.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the company Director.
- Support and manage HR tasks for top management.
- Maintain employee databases and qualification records.
- Handle MOM-related permit applications and medical insurance claims.
- Coordinate internal training programs and handle payroll computations.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
