Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Choose from)

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Our client is looking for a Human Resource cum Admin Assistant to support their HR and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR operations and office administration who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clerical and administrative support to HR and management
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Process reimbursement claims via government online portals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
Monitor and maintain staff attendance records
Ensure office upkeep, arrange necessary repairs, and manage housekeeping matters
Handle fuel card and cash card controls
Liaise with government agencies (MOM, LTA, IRAS, NEA, etc.) on relevant matters
Manage insurance claims, renewals, and records for office, workmen, medical, and vehicle policies
Perform any other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred
Knowledge of work pass applications and government portals is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
