HR Coordinator Role

As an HR Coordinator at HR Focus, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function. This includes providing administrative support, managing work passes, processing reimbursement claims, coordinating recruitment, and maintaining staff attendance records.
You will also be responsible for overseeing fuel card and cash card management, liaising with government agencies, handling insurance claims and renewals, and maintaining up-to-date insurance records. Additionally, you will ensure the office is well-maintained and perform other duties as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Citizenship in Singapore, with a Higher Nitec or Diploma qualification and 2-3 years of experience in HR Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
