About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including travel arrangement, meeting coordination, and office management.

  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.

  • Coordinate with external service providers for office cleaning, maintenance, and supplies.

  • Manage office stationery and supplies, including ordering and replenishing as needed.

  • Support the HR Operations team in reviewing and monitoring quarterly expenses.

  • Provide HR support to line managers, including assigning work desks for new joiners and exits.

  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
