We're hiring an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role

is a Singapore-based Allied Health Professionals Hub that specializes in providing placement and staffing solutions for healthcare organizations. About the Role:

As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing HR & administrative support. This is a hybrid work arrangement, offering you the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office in Orchard Road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Support HR and finance departments with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Posting job openings on job portals
  • Screen job applicants
  • Prepare resumes
  • Achieving KPI for the team
  • Establish a 1-Stop recruitment service to job seekers and clients
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles / HR roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
What We Offer:
  • Hybrid work arrangement (remote + office)
  • Mon, Wed, Friday ( Office in Orchard ) , Tuesday & Thursday: Work From Home - 9am to 6pm
