Job Description
- PP and Manual FS Claim registration in Life Asia
- Understanding of Workflow System
- Able to work in a very fast pace environment and under stressful situation
- Able to cope with high volume of claim registration
- Customer-centric
- Prepare medical report requisition forms and report fees
- Prepare medical report follow up letters and follow up with clinics via calls or fax
- Type claim letters as assigned by claims officers
- Contact agents and customers for claims requirements and claims payment
- Prepare payment for claims vendors
- Register claims
- Prepare claims documents for IMO and claims officers
Competencies & Personal Traits
- You need to be able to cope with high claims volume
- You are also meticulous to details
- Fast-learner
- Independent and focused in achieving the targets given by the Team Lead
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Working Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Life & Health claims assessor
Education
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management or other relevant fields
