We are currently seeking a vibrant HR Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in administrative and recruitment activities,handling paperwork, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, verify timesheets, and track attendance and leave balances.
  • Support basic accounting tasks, including invoice recording, processing and claims.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounting teams, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars.
  • Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing mail.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of HR Administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in task management.
