Job Description:
(A) Core Responsibilities:
Support the team in daily accounting operations by processing payments, verifying purchase orders, and preparing invoices.
Additionally, assist with payroll computations, CPF submissions, and account management tasks.
(B) Secondary Functions:
Conduct HR-related duties such as updating staff records on HR software, leave application processing, and other related matters.
Perform general HR tasks like recruitment, orientation, onboarding/offboarding arrangements, work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Familiarize yourself with MOM regulations and required statutory submissions.
(C) Other Assignments:
Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
A minimum of O/A Level and technical qualifications or a Diploma in Accounting is required.
Proficiency in MS Office, WPOL, EPOL, and experience with payroll and CPF handling are essential.
Familiarity with MOM rules and regulations is mandatory.
Prior experience in HR works in the Construction/Manufacturing Sector is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with associates.
This role involves a blend of accounting, HR, and administrative tasks.
