Role & Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules, registrations, and inquiries for training programs and leagues.
  • Providing top-notch administrative support to our coaching and operations teams.
  • Assisting with league and tournament coordination, including fixtures and match-day logistics.
  • Handling player and team databases, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.
  • Supporting communications with parents, players, coaches, and team managers.
