We are currently seeking a HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, handling paperwork, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, verify timesheets, and track attendance and leave balances.
- Support basic accounting tasks, including invoice recording, processing and claims.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounting teams, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars.
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing mail.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in task management.
