Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR Consultancy, HR technology or a related field.

Key responsibilities include performing system administration, enhancing core functionality of the HRIS, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, especially in Workday, with strong functional and technical skills in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management and Time and Attendance.
