Workday HR Administrator

The HRIS Administrator at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly in Workday, and be able to configure business processes based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HRIS.
- Configure business processes in the applications based on business requirements.
- Participate in application upgrade impact analysis and manage upgrades effectively.
- Provide comprehensive operational support for Workday, including event and incident management, troubleshooting, and break/fix scenarios.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR consultancy, HR technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in HRIS systems, particularly in Workday, with expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, and Time and Attendance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
