Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities
- Assist HR Manager with a wide range of HR & Administration duties, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding/ offboarding/ induction, learning & development, compensation & benefits, etc.
- Liaise with government authorities on surveys/letters, work pass, grants, and claims-related matters.
- Partner with department/line managers on planning of manpower requirement based on business directions.
- Assist with development, implementation and improvement of HR & Administrative policies and procedures.
- Participate in organisation of company events/ activities.
- Mentor/guide junior members and act as back up for HR & admin team members when necessary.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects/ tasks as assigned by manager as and when required.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in HR Management or a related field.
- Above 10 years of HR experience in technical sector (manufacturing/ high-tech/ equipment supply).
- Core skills in recruitment/talent acquisition and government liaison. Hands-on payroll processing experience is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in HR business partnering is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour law and regulations. Experience in expat management is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), knowledge of Timesoft and Workday is an advantage.
- Self-driven and eager to learn, meticulous, able to work under pressure with heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- People-oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to start work at short notice.
