DESIGNATION : Senior HR Executive (C&B)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer employee compensation and benefit (C&B) programs, such as salaries, incentives, performance evaluations, promotion, health and wellness initiatives and insurance
- Manage full spectrum of payroll processing and reporting for Singapore (SG) and Hong Kong (HK)
- Process statutory contributions and tax filing based on respective countries’ prevailing laws
- Responsible for consolidation and preparation of C&B reports for all subsidiary companies
- Assist in regional annual performance appraisal, annual increment and bonus review exercise
- Submission of grant and government related claims and surveys
- Manage work pass renewals and cancellations
- Manage employee confirmation, promotion and exit processes and documentation
- Handle insurance claims and annual insurance renewal
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities
- Source and coordinate training courses, update and maintain training records
- Review and update policies and SOPs relating to HR and office administration
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education in Human Resource or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR, preferably in compensation & benefits
- Sound knowledge of government regulations relevant to HR areas especially compensation, benefits and employment law
- Familiar with HR software systems
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, proactive and good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
