**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior HR Executive to join our team. As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a vital role in executing various HR duties under the guidance of our HR Director. You will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, salary and benefit administration, offboarding activities, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional at the early stage of their career to gain valuable experience across the HR spectrum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the full spectrum of HR, for a team of 30 to 50 employees, from recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, salary and benefit, to offboarding with solid operation.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and providing necessary information and resources
- Execute offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and managing necessary documentation.
- Maintain employee data and HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform monthly processing of company payroll, and submission of monthly CPF contributions, NSPay.
- Administrate benefits, health and medical insurance, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
- Execute performance management initiatives by assisting in goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Plan and organise employee engagement initiatives, including staff welfare events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate closely with managers and employees to resolve HR-related issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Handle employee relations matters, address inquiries, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, proactively ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
- Provide administrative support when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) as an HR Generalist or similar role, executing a wide range of HR functions.
- Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advise and interact with employees of all levels
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of local employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act and etc is preferred
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Google Workspace like Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Integrity and high level of discretion is required in this role
- Well-organised, attentive to details
