DESIGNATION : Senior HR Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identifying new ways to streamline/improve work processes to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with HODs to proactively engage employees
- Act as resource on HR operational matters
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Manage employee discipline, terminations and resignations.
- Conduct exit interviews and offboarding. Analyse trends in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Act as main point of contact for foreign staff
- Assist HR Manager to supervise and guide the HR Executive in the daily HR operations matters

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources
- Passionate about Human Resource, ready to champion employee causes and needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
