
Senior HR Executive

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for the human resources function of the organization. He/She will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR-related advice. The Senior HR Executive will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the local organization's strategic goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**I. Recruitment and Selection**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, interview, job offering to onboarding.
- Manage the selection process, including conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks.
**II. Compensation and Benefits**
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Conduct salary surveys to ensure the organization's pay rates are competitive.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure timely submissions of CPF, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.
- Run and manage payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
**III. Employee Relations**
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Conduct investigations and take appropriate action in response to employee complaints and grievances
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
**IV. Performance Management**
- To implement performance management policies and procedures
- Coach managers on performance management best practices
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback and recommendations
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed
**V. HR Advisor**
- Serve as an advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, providing guidance and expertise in areas such as employment law, compliance, and company policies
- Keep up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and company objectives.
**VI. HR Improvement Projects**
- Collaborate and work closely with regional specialists to identify HR improvement projects that can benefit the organization.
- Facilitate the implementation of HR improvement projects, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR improvement projects and adjust them as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintain clear communication with regional specialists, senior management, and other stakeholders regarding the progress and results of HR improvement projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
