The Senior Manager, Human Resources plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s vision and goals. Partnering closely with senior management, this role drives a wide spectrum of HR initiatives to build a high-performing workforce and an engaging, inclusive culture. This position requires a strong balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring that people, processes, and organizational structures are optimized to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Drive HR strategy and align policies and practices with broader organizational objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace concerns. Anticipate and support future business requirements by fostering talent development, engagement, and retention. Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure optimal resourcing. Guide and equip managers on compensation and benefits practices, ensuring fair, consistent, and transparent application. Champion leadership development by embedding the organization’s leadership framework and aligning training initiatives with business priorities. Manage HR reporting, metrics, and the HR events calendar to track progress and drive data-informed decision-making. Promote the organization’s employee value proposition and coordinate employee engagement programs, including culture and satisfaction surveys. Strengthen performance management capability by educating leaders on effective performance processes and coaching approaches. Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring objectives are delivered and progress is communicated to stakeholders. Steer organizational design initiatives to support business transformation and evolving structures. Deliver diversity, inclusion, and transformation strategies while upholding governance standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational design, and talent management. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Proficiency in leveraging HR systems and digital tools to enhance HR delivery. Demonstrated success in managing recruitment, performance management, and leadership development programs. Skilled in resolving complex employee relations matters with diplomacy and fairness. Experience leveraging HR data and analytics to inform decisions and influence stakeholders. Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive HR information. Passion for staying current with HR trends, innovation, and industry best practices.
