The Senior HR Executive will work closely with the CHRO and HR manager to develop and implement performance management (PM) and improvement programs, using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. The Senior HR Executive will also drive the full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for the company, as well as maintaining effective talent management (TM) programs for retention, promotion and succession planning.

- Drive full cycle for recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.) for all positions (including contract, temporary and interns).
- Research and assist in the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements aligned with organizational priorities and concerns.
- Develop and implement effective programs for talent retention and succession planning.
- Maintenance of the performance management system, including key performance indicators, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
- Ensure that organization-wide PM and TM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.

- At least five years of experience in driving and managing regional HR functions in technology and manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence culture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
