**Position Overview**:
As a Senior HR Executive at ELEVATIONE, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the HR function in our Singapore operations. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compliance with Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- **Employee Relations**:Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, handling employee grievances, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- **HR Policies**:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and Singapore labor laws.
- **Performance Management**:Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- **Training and Development**:Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team.
- **HR Administration**:Manage HR administration tasks, such as payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore MOM rules and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
