Job Summary:
We are seeking an SAP BTP Functional Consultant to design and implement HR solutions that enhance SAP SuccessFactors using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role focuses on integrations, extensions, and analytics to improve HR processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy custom SuccessFactors enhancements using SAP BTP (Extension Suite, Fiori/UI5).
  • Implement integrations between SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ECP, and third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical documentation.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security and data privacy standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in SAP HR/HXM consulting, with 2+ years in SAP BTP.
  • Technical Skills: SuccessFactors, BTP services (Integration Suite, Extension Suite)
  • Certifications: SAP BTP and SuccessFactors certifications preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
