Hotel Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Service Agent at Hotel Miramar Singapore. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately
  • Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS is an asset
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
