Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Concorde Hotel Singapore. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and Transfer Calls: Respond to incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, and transfer calls to the relevant department or team member as needed.
  • Listen and Act: Carefully listen to guest requests and take action to resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Record Maintenance Requests: Record all maintenance requests at the One Stop Service portal to ensure that issues are properly documented and tracked.
  • Stay Informed: Review logbooks, notice boards, and other relevant materials to stay up-to-date on the latest information and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  • Liaise with Maintenance Company: Communicate with the maintenance company to resolve any outstanding telephone faults and ensure that issues are properly addressed.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports for auditors to ensure that our customer service standards are met and that our guests are satisfied with the service they receive.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Detail-Focused: Be detail-focused and guest-oriented, ensuring that all guest requests are met and that their needs are exceeded.
  • Good Communication: Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Rotating Shifts: Be able to work on rotating shifts, including midnight shifts, to ensure that our customer service standards are met 24/7.
