We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team at CHIEN CHI TOW HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized solutions, timely feedback, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized solutions to customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery.
  • Drive sales goals through self-motivation and focus.
  • Utilize strong administrative skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, and tracking of all interactions with customers.
  • Liaise with other support teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer queries via various platforms, including WhatsApp and social media.
  • Exhibit a high level of resourcefulness, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Able to work on weekends and be willing to go the extra mile to help customers.
  • Strong product knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
