Job Title: Guest Relations Officer

Hotel Royal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and follow up on issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide a tour of the amenities, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
  • Monitor the lobby, elevators, and front driveway to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with bellhops and doormen to ensure a seamless transfer of luggage and check-out process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or equivalent.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
