Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room control and monitor availability to ensure efficient room allocation for arriving guests.
  • Read and respond to guest arrival reports, addressing all requests and needs in accordance with our established service standards.
  • Provide expert recommendations on wine, dining, entertainment, and tourist attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Identify and greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Handle cashiering duties and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct daily briefings, weekly updates, and monthly brainstorming sessions to maintain effective communication within the team.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and stay informed about hotel goals and objectives.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collect and gather feedback from guests to continuously improve our services.
  • Conduct courtesy calls to guests during their stay to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist with VIP check-ins and major group movements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with guests effectively.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
