Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and front desk duties, including checking-in and checking-out of hotel guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Handle all telephone calls promptly, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel room types and rates, utilizing this knowledge to up-sell and promote hotel services.
  • Conduct cashiering functions, adhering to hotel Standard Policies & Procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Own problems, address guest complaints in a prompt and professional manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, functions, and local attractions, providing guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Requirements
    • A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
    • Relevant work experience will be considered, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
    • Willingness to work rotating shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
    • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
    • Preferred experience in the hospitality industry, with familiarity of the Opera system.
