Senior Guest Services Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Manage reception and front desk duties, including checking-in and checking-out of hotel guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle all telephone calls promptly, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
- Familiarize yourself with hotel room types and rates, utilizing this knowledge to up-sell and promote hotel services.
- Conduct cashiering functions, adhering to hotel Standard Policies & Procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Own problems, address guest complaints in a prompt and professional manner, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, functions, and local attractions, providing guests with accurate information and recommendations.
- Requirements
- A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
- Relevant work experience will be considered, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in the hospitality industry, with familiarity of the Opera system.
