Job Summary:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will register and room all arrivals in accordance with hotel standards, assist with guests' luggage, and perform personalized check-in, check-out, and room change procedures efficiently and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and room all arrivals in accordance with hotel standards
  • Assist with guests' luggage when required
  • Perform personalized check-in, check-out, and room change procedures
  • Ensure all guest reservations data are entered into the hotel system accurately
  • Attend to guests' enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Open to work 5 days (shift hour)
