Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Executive to join our team at Concorde Hotel Singapore. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration and Check-out: Register and assign rooms to incoming guests, ensuring that registration cards are properly filled up. Check out departing guests based on established procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination: Inform other departments and outlets of arrivals, room changes, checkouts, and special arrangements.
  • Guest Enquiries and Requests: Handle all guest enquiries referred to them either over the telephone or personally, and action on requests or requirements of incoming guests to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation.
  • Image and Service Standards: Maintain a friendly, neat, pleasant, and professional image to guests, and provide courteous services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guest's complaints, requests, and enquiries.
  • Hotel Operations: Be kept informed of all functions, events, and promotions going on in the hotel, and handle simple functions of cashiering based on established procedures.
  • Guest Welcome and Orientation: Welcome and escort guests to their room, and explain in-room features and facilities.

  • Communication and Public Relations Skills: Possess good communication and public relations skills.
