As a Hotel Guest Service Executive at RK Recruitment Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely manner.
* Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly and professionally.
* Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel, as well as their availability status, and up-sell whenever possible.
* Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints promptly, following established procedures and reporting to the supervisor as necessary.
* Ensure guest room security and emergency procedures, and encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies and procedures for their use.
* Be familiar with hotel facilities, functions, major city attractions, and events, and provide guests with accurate information as requested.
* Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all hotel personnel and ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
* Coaching and Front Office experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera systems.
* Team player with a customer-focused attitude.
