Job Description :
- To provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- To process payments, manage room assignments, and handle guest inquiries.
- To work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experience.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role in the Hospitality industry
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
