Job Description :

  • To provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • To process payments, manage room assignments, and handle guest inquiries.
  • To work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role in the Hospitality industry
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
