At HOI HUP NOVENA PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests into the system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of guest requests and information.
- Select and block rooms for arriving guests, taking into consideration special requests and VIP status.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure special requests are met and follow up accordingly.
- Update guest information accurately and maintain organized records in the Property Management System.
- Generate Shift and Daily reports using the Property Management System.
- Process guest check-out, making billing changes and posting charges as necessary.
- Address guest complaints and report to the Guest Services Supervisor.
- Stay informed about hotel business and operations, working closely with Supervisors and Managers.
- Understand and adhere to Marriott Brand Standards Audit (BSA) and execute tasks according to SOPs.
- Be prepared to take on new tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors or Managers.
- Have a basic understanding of Marriott Rewards and be confident in upselling rooms.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Front Office experience and knowledge of Property Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic knowledge of Marriott Rewards and brand standards.
