Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their requests, complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Front Office Operations
    • Maintain close communication with the Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
    • Build relationships with in-house guests and those on extended stays, offering assistance and support as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Conduct courtesy calls to guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about local tourist information and attractions to provide guests with valuable recommendations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
    • Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors in a diligent and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset, but not required.
