Key Responsibilities- Guest Service
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their requests, complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Front Office Operations
- Maintain close communication with the Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Build relationships with in-house guests and those on extended stays, offering assistance and support as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct courtesy calls to guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local tourist information and attractions to provide guests with valuable recommendations.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage and maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors in a diligent and professional manner.
- Minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset, but not required.
