Job Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms, replacing all linen and towels, vacuuming and dusting, replacing guest supplies, and thorough bathroom cleaning.
  • Notify Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate effectively with them.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and lift heavy objects.
