Executive Secretary to CEO

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team as Personal Assistant to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, both locally and internationally.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Singapore citizen.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a related role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
