PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) Our client is an established beauty/wellness company who has presence in Singapore and Malaysia. The Company has plans to extend their reach into Indonesia and is currently in the midst of expanding into the aesthetic clinic business. They are targeting to open its first flagship clinic in the first quarter of 2025. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their CEO. As a full-time Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and the wider business to ensure smooth daily operations and the achievement of key objectives. *Key Responsibilities* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing her calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements and expense claims. Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, phone calls, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and discretion. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis in support of the CEO office. Collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate the execution of meetings, its objectives and to ensure seamless operation. Support the CEO in the management and organization of internal and external events, such as conferences, seminars, and company events to enhance the company brand, visibility and engagement. Monitor and manage expenses related to the CEO’s office, ensuring efficient budget management and accurate reporting. Perform any additional duties assigned by the CEO to support the objectives of the Company. *Requirements* Able to read and write in Chinese. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment. Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, and Word. Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with care. A proactive and adaptable individual, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks as and when required. Willingness and ability to travel across different branch locations between KL and JB.
