Personal assistant to CEO.


  • Providing secretarial support to CEO.
  • Maintain and update the CEOs calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings.
  • Book and manage flights for CEO
  • Organise documents and personal filing matters for CEO. (Banking docs, investment, work documents, property documents)
  • Handle sensitive and maintain confidentiality regarding work, and personal matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • NDA must be signed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma minimum. Strictly No Criminal Record
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be English fluent and Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask and organise.
  • Hotel management or similar experience.
  • ⁠⁠Male or female,
  • 5.5 days / week
